Patch Notes – The Audit Toolbar (Version 10.08.16)

We're constantly improving The Audit Toolbar based on your valuable feedback. Below are the key updates and bug fixes in this latest version:

General Improvements:

  • Fixed the issue causing a blank second instance of Excel to open unnecessarily.

  • All Guidance Panel pages have been updated and are fully functional.

  • Backups of Centralised/Server Templates now function correctly, enabling offline availability.

GL Cleaners Updates:

Bug Fixes:

  • Updated Pastel Partner GL Cleaner to accommodate the latest export format changes.

  • Updated Xero GL Cleaner to handle recent export format modifications.

Enhanced Functionality:

  • Sage 200 GL Cleaner now supports exports with both variable and fixed columns.

  • QuickBooks Desktop GL Cleaner improved to handle sub-accounts more effectively.

Sampling Tool Enhancements:

  • Fixed coverage calculation issues when the population value is zero.

  • Resolved crashes occurring when using Debit/Credit Only sampling methodology with amounts less than excluded.

Formatting Functions:

  • Quick Formatting now consistently saves and applies formats across all Excel instances until explicitly cleared.

  • Resolved crash issues when using Manipulation functions on entire rows or columns.

Tickmark Legend:

  • Centralised/Server Tickmark Legends now synchronise properly, including tickmarks.

  • Fixed an issue where three specific tickmarks were not previously reflecting on the ribbon.

Additional Bug Fixes:

  • "Unmerge All, Delete Blank Rows and Columns" functionality now correctly performs unmerge actions.

  • Addressed the issue preventing Centralised/Server Templates from loading due to special characters in document paths or template locations.
