How to Activate your Audit Toolbar Licenses

How to Activate: 

After installing, When you open an excel instance for the first time you may be met with a message stating that "Your license is expiring in 30 days". This indicates that the license has not been activated on Client Account Provisioning Systems (C.A.P.S). Please note that only Audit Toolbar Champions have access to activate licenses on CAPS. If you are having issues, please feel free to contact Tumi at tumi@audittoolbar.com

  • Then Click on Login

  • Enter your email address, then click request OTP
     

  • A verification email with a OTP will be sent to your email address.

  • Enter the OTP

  • To assign a single license, click on single assign.

  • Then enter the Name and email address of the user and click create.

  • To assign multiple licenses at once, click on Bulk assign.

  • Then download the template. Fill in the Names and Email addresses into the template and upload the filled-in template.

  • The users you have assigned will show up in the table.
     

  • Close all excel instances then reopen excel. You will either be prompted to enter your email address or you will be taken directly into excel.
