Could you please check by clicking on the "Log in" button In the Help and Support Section and confirm that your email addresses are correct.
If not correct, please update your email addresses.
If it is correct, please do the following in order to reset the email address.
- Please delete the last letter of your email address, then click on okay.
- Then return to the log in and correct the email address.
This would solve the issue you are experiencing.
